The Laboratory Preschool has hosted a summer camp teaching mindfulness to children through eastern-inspired practices that encourage focus, understanding and self-control. Every morning, children and the instructors spend time outside practicing yoga and other exercises to start their camp days off right and encourage more positive behaviors.
