On Sunday, November 6th at 1:30 p.m. The Department of Human Development and Family Sciences will participate in the annual Kappa Omicron Nu Initiation Ceremony to initiate a select group of students into the Omicron Alpha Upsilon chapter.  The ceremony will take place in 103 Gore Hall with a reception immediately following in Gore Atrium.

Kappa Omicron Nu is the official national honor society of the Association of Family and Consumer Sciences, which recognizes students and professionals who have demonstrated high levels of success in the areas of service, scholarship and leadership.  This honor society provides not only recognition and honor for current achievements, but also lifelong opportunities for networking, personal growth, and professional growth through education and service.
