Amanda Novak is the Chief People Officer at The Tri-M Group, LLC, where she leads the company’s people strategy, fostering a culture of engagement, growth and innovation.  With over 17 years of experience in human resources and organization development, Amanda is passionate about creating inclusive work environments that empower employees to thrive both personally and professionally.

Amanda joined The Tri-M Group, LLC as an HR intern while obtaining her business management degree from West Chester University.  After graduation, Amanda joined Tri-M as a full time Human Resources Administrator.  Amanda continued her studies and soon earned her master’s degree.  Early on Amanda demonstrated the drive and ability to be a strategic partner and worked her way up through the human resources department.  Under her direction, the department reorganized to the People Operations team to focus holistically on the most important asset of an organization – the people.  During her career at Tri-M, Amanda served on the Chair of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors Apprenticeship Trust Board, she was recognized as Delaware Valley’s HR Person of the year as the 2013 HR Rising Star, and she was named a Millennial Superstar by VISTA today in 2019.  Amanda holds her SHRM-CP and her PHR certification.
